球罐工程
球罐是本公司的拳头产品，在国内居于领先优势，具有球罐设计、壳板压制、现场组焊、无损检验、整体热处理、耐压和气密性试验、防腐、保温等总包施工能力。
本公司从1960年开始建造球罐至今已建600余台，分布在国内十五个省一百另一个建设单位和国外孟加拉国。
其中有九十三台是从国外引进的壳板，由我公司组装、焊接成球，而本公司在孟加拉国安装六台1000m3球的球壳板则是由我公司压制的，开创了我国出口球壳板的先河。
在制作安装过程中，按GB/T19002标准，实施全过程控制，质量优良。曾多次荣获国家部、省、市级的金牌奖、银杯奖和一批优质奖。其中大庆乙烯球罐9%Ni钢的焊接成功，为我国填补了焊接技术的空白，获国家金牌奖。

She is qualified to take the activities, covering all respect of construction
industries from engineering, procurement to construction of the foundation
block, fabrication of shells, field assembly, weld, NDT, heating treatment,
hydraulic test, tightness test, anticorrosion, insulation testing
and commissioning, operation and maintenance. That means complete
turn-key service from inception to completion.
Since the first tank established in 1960s, we have established
over 600 tanks, covering 15 provinces for 101 customer. We have also
contracted tanks in Bangladesh. There are 93 tanks whose shells were
imported from foreign countries. We undertake assembly and weld, As
for the 6 tanks of 1000 cubic meters in Bangladesh, we pressed the
shells and exported. It is the first export of shells in China.
The control of quality is going through the whole procedure of
fabrication and installation by performing Standard GB/T 19002. We
have been awarded many golden prices, silver cup and fine quality
honors by the national ministry, provinces and municipal governments.
We succeeded in welding the tanks with material of 9% Ni in Daqing
Ethylene Sphere Site. It filled up the vacancy in Chinese welding
field. We secured the national Golden Price due to it.
